Screen Grabs are all in JPG format and will load then become long and narrow by default. To view one of these files click on it and allow to load fully, then left click on the lower right corner (Internet Explorer) Mozilla Firefox, click anywhere on the image. This will expand the image to fill your screen. Other browsers should be similar.
To save a file to your computer, right click after it has loaded and select save file.
