This website just smacks of fraud! Who in their right mind would whip out their credit card and order one of there eBay or PayPal accounts? That’s like leaving your credit card in the bar at some sleazy lounge.. LOL!

I am going to have to agree with you. This is a total fraud. The fact that they are registered in California means that eBay is likely running the site and this is just the only way to get money from suspended people without having them pay any other fee for selling and so on. In short this is a ransom if eBay is behind this because they would take away your account and you would pay at least $70 to get it back. Let’s say that they suspended 279 accounts today. If 279 people all paid $70 each to get their account back, feeBay would have made $19,530 today alone. That might not be the amount that they take in listing fees, final value, and paypal fees, but it helps.
The eBay scammer Dean Artmanni (currently being prosecuted in New Zealand for eBay fraud) ripped off dozens of Australians and New Zealanders.
